following organisations are Authorised Nominating Authorities
under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment
Act 1999 (the Act) and as such are able to receive and process
Adjudication Applications and nominate Adjudicators to make a

The Institute has a strong commitment to multi-disciplinary fellowship and learning. The Institute aims to serve the community, commerce and industry by facilitating efficient dispute resolution methods including arbitration, mediation, conciliation and adjudication. It is Australia-wide, with members represented in all States and Territories and overseas. LEADR-Association of Dispute Resolvers (LEADR) LEADR is an Australasian, not-for-profit membership organisation that promotes alternative dispute resolution including mediation. LEADR has members in Australia, New Zealand and throughout the Asia Pacific region. LEADR provides training in a range of dispute resolution areas including mediation from basic skills through to advanced workshops and continuing professional development. These courses are available as public workshops or as in-house customised programs. It also operates facilities for the conduct of both commercial and family mediation proceedings. |
